                    Complete and accurate loan application (CONV – 1003)

                    Copy of Driver’s License or Valid I.D. for each borrower

                    Copy of most recent 30 days of paystubs for each borrower

                    3 months consecutive bank statements for all checking / savings or CD accounts.    (please include ALL pages)

                    2 consecutive quarterly statements for all investments (401k, stocks, bonds, pension, etc. - (please include ALL pages)

                    Current and previous year personal tax returns (1040’s) with all applicable Schedules 

                    Current and previous year business (self employed) tax returns with all applicable schedules

                    Current and previous year W-2’s and / or 1099’s

                    Current hazard insurance Declaration Page or Evidence of Insurance

                    Complete and / or sign ‘program applicable’ broker disclosure package.

Please make a photocopy of all ‘original’ paperwork or bring it in and we’ll do it for you.  We do not require originals of any documentation.

Please include ALL pages (front and back) of any paperwork submitted.  Files with missing paperwork will cause delays at the lender in the set up process and underwriting.
